About us
Robotics that grows minds and fields
Cultivate Robotics is a nonprofit with two goals: bring hands-on robotics education to young students, and make robotic tools affordable for small and medium-sized farms.

Pranamya Bonu
Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Pranamya Bonu is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Cultivate Robotics and a sophomore at Adlai E. Stevenson High School. Driven by a passion for robotics education, she started Cultivate Robotics to give young students hands-on experience building robots and to bring affordable robotic tools to small and medium-sized farms.
As Chief Technology Officer, she leads the organization's technical work, from the robots students build in our workshops to the farm tools we design and test with partner farmers.
What guides us
Our principles
Learn by building
Every student leaves a workshop with something they designed, wired, and programmed themselves.
Solve real problems
Our projects start with real challenges farmers face, so students see what engineering can do.
Keep it affordable
We design with common, repairable parts so small and medium farms can actually use what we build.
Want to work with us?
Schools, farmers, volunteers, and sponsors are all welcome.
